We are recruiting for a large Investment & Wealth Services company. Our requirement is for ambitious and experienced Affiliate Managers to identify and onboard affiliates, as well as manage existing affiliates.
- Develop the affiliate portfolio, increase the ROI and the business partners of the company working with the existing tools and creativity looking to expand the brand in the region Sales - Financial Products
- Optimize all aspects of the Partners program through new and established networks.
- Manage partnership relations, communication, successful deals, maximizing customer acquisition and performance.
- Enforce prudent approach to the regulatory framework as per the company policies, ethos, and ethics in the light of the developments in this dynamic sector.
- Optimize and develop the use of the Company's own proprietary affiliate portal.
- Initiates, drives, and structures initiatives, incentives and bonuses that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities.
- Maintain direct contact with affiliates, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Manage, monitor, and analyze affiliates daily to optimize affiliate activities.
- Run well-conceived marketing tests to help optimize affiliate´s sales and retention.
- Provide solutions & assistance to affiliates to motivate them to provide maximum exposure & revenues.
- Work closely within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and campaigns to improve retention.
- Recurrent and progressive benchmark of our competitors and other industries.
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to Business Development Officers.
- Travel to affiliate conferences and events when required.
