Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Client's regional team. The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions within the organisation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The main responsibilities of the position include: Develop and implement region specific HR strategies aligned with Company's objectives. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Support training and development activities. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Address ad hoc requests from colleagues on HR matters.
